Shipping Time
All orders are shipped within three business days of purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
We work hard to ensure that you receive you product in satisfactory condition. If your products are received in an unusable condition, please let us know. We will provide a refund for the damaged products, or ship out a replacement. Sorry, we cannot accept returns of opened food products.
Sales Tax
Arizona customers are charged a 9.3% sales tax. Customers outside of Arizona are not charged sales tax.
All orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail.

If you elect to purchase a product from the Cinnabar Foods web site, you will be required to provide us with certain personal information, including your name and email address.
More secure information is asked for by PayPal to complete your order. This includes credit card number, expiration date, and billing address. This information is held ONLY by PayPal to complete your order, and is not shared with Cinnabar Foods.
Distribution of Information
