Tandoori Quesadillas

  • 4 eight inch flour tortillas
  • 4 teaspoons NEERA'S Tandoori Indian Grilling Paste
  • 8 tablespoons shredded Jack cheese
  • 2-3 green onions, chopped
  • Cilantro leaves for garnish

Spread each tortilla with 1 teaspoon of the Tandoori Paste. Place under the broiler until hot.

Remove and sprinkle each tortilla with the cheese and green onions. Return to the broiler. Remove when the cheese is bubbly and the edges just start to brown.

Garnish with the cilantro leaves. Fold in half to make a true quesadilla or leave open-faced. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
