Spinach and Pear Salad

  • 1 large bunch fresh spinach
  • 1/2 medium red onion
  • 2 large, ripe red pears
  • 2 teaspoons Pear Cardamom Salad Dressing

Wash, dry and chill the spinach leaves. Slice the onion into very thin rounds. Arrange the spinach leaves on chilled plates, then slice and arrange the pears. Scatter the onion rings over the top. Spoon the dressing over the salad.

Serves 4.
