Sizzler Chicken

  • 2 pounds chicken, skinned and cut into quarters
  • 3/4 cup NEERA'S Southwest Sizzler
  • Additional sauce for table service

Place the chicken in a shallow baking pan. Bake covered in a 400 degree F oven for 45 minutes.

Remove from the oven, uncover and brush with the sauce, coating all the pieces well.

Finish cooking, either uncovered in the oven for 30 minutes or over a slow barbecue fire. Serve with additional sauce on the side.
