Potatoes in Yogurt Sauce

  • 1 medium russet potato, boiled and peeled
  • 1 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons NEERA'S Yogurt Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Coarsely mash the potato. Mix the spice and salt into the yogurt, stir until creamy. Fld into the potato chunks. Add more salt if desired. Chill until serving time.
