Pasta Salad with Hot Vegetable Chutney

  • 1/2 lb. pasta
  • 6 tablespoons Neera's Hot Vegetable Chutney
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1/3 cup minced scallions
  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • Salt to taste

Cook and briefly rinse one-half pound of pasta.

Mix gently with Hot Vegetable Chutney, mayonnaise, tomato, scallions, and cilantro. Salt to taste.

Serves 4
