Jerked Shrimp

  • 1 1/2 lbs. medium shrimp (with shell on)
  • 4 teaspoons NEERA'S Jerk Spice
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Mix spice, oil and lemon juice. Toss the shrimp with mixture. Skewer for grilling. Grill and serve hot or room temperature with salad of feta chunks and field greens or a cooling raita. Crusty French bread and a cold beer will put you over the top!

Serves 6 as appetizer or 3 as an entrée
