Hot Vegetable Chutney Carrots

  • 6 large fresh carrots, jullienned
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Neera's Hot Vegetable Chutney
    salt to taste

Saute the carrots in butter until softened. Add the chutney, toss to heat through. check seasonings.
