Egg Salad with Hot Vegetable Chutney for Sandwiches

  • 4 hard boiled eggs, cooled
  • 1 tablespoon NEERA'S Hot Vegetable Chutney
  • 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt

Chop the eggs and fold in the chutney and mayonnaise. Salt to taste. Use for sandwiches or as a luncheon filling for those big summer ripe tomatoes.
