Barbados Hot Wings

  • 10-12 chicken wings, disjointed
  • 7 tablespoons NEERA'S Barbados Honey Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 daikon radish, sliced into thick strips
  • 1/2 medium jicama, sliced into thick strips
  • 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt

Toss the wings in 6 tablespoons of the sauce to marinate. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake covered at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Uncover, stir and bake for an additional 30 minutes.

Combine the last tablespoon of sauce with the yogurt. Serve this sauce with raw vegetables and the wings as a dip.
